She then creates a specific yoga class with a plan for you. In a one on one yoga private with Victoria, you are given the space and opportunity to ask questions and voice if you feel like you need a bit more attention on one thing verse the other. You are able to feel more comfortable and less conscious. You can create a time that works around your schedule. The privates will help prepare you for group classes, if you choose. Victoria offers Group Yoga Privates for all different ranges of yoga. Victoria does weekly or biweekly group privates as well as group privates for special events.
